RS PRO Counterpart for 30/35 mm Holding Magnet


These counterparts from RS PRO are for use with electro-holding magnets. They're basically steel armature plates for the electromagnets to clamp onto. Because of the size of the fixing holes, they're suitable for both energise-to-hold and energise-to-release electromagnets.

A nickel plating on the steel increases the magnetism of these plates for an even stronger hold. Nickel is an extremely corrosion resistant and hardwearing material.

This counterpart weighs just 50 g and is 40 mm in diameter, so it's both compact and lightweight. This model is for use with 30/35 mm sized electro-holding magnets.
