Mennekes PowerTOP Plus 63 Amp and 125 Amp IP67 Cable Mount Connectors

From Mennekes, the PowerTOP Plus series of IP67 watertight industrial power connectors are robust, reliable and easy to connect. Secure socket contacts ensuring smooth insertion and disconnection through SoftCONTACT for 63 Amp versions and TorsionSpringCONTACT for 125 Amp versions. A spring loaded hinged lid opens easily by sliding the integrated opening mechanism on the connector. Moulded seals in the inner rim of the lid ensure the PowerTOP Plus connectors are fully sealed to IP67 when mated. A rugged cable gland at the rear of the industrial power connector with integrated strain relief prevents cable kinking. Constructed from a tough Amaplast casing, including nickel plated contacts and heat resistant contact carriers supporting excellent corrosion resistance. Ergonomically designed for a slip-proof grip the PowerTOP Plus series of BS4343 industrial power connectors perform exceptionally well in the most demanding environments.;X-CONTACT

Due to a completely new manufacturing process, the X-CONTACT® sleeve obtains resilient properties based solely on its material characteristics, without the need to use any additional spring elements. Thanks to the shape of the X-CONTACT® sleeve, a particularly safe contact closure can be achieved.

The special design of the X-CONTACT® reduces the effort of insertion and withdrawal by up to 50%. An advantage that simplifies work processes and improves safety especially with high electrical currents. With X-CONTACT®, MENNEKES creates a safe contact closure and easy handling at a new, equally high level.

Mennekes PowerTOP plus IP67 water tight industrial power connectors are designed in accordance with BS EN 60529. The IP rating is composed of two numbers. CEE Power Connectors have an industry standard colour coding in compliance with BS EN 60309-2 / BS4343 and IEC 309 Colour coding refers to a connectors rated voltage.
