RS PRO Kentucky Mop Heads


A range of RS PRO 16 ounce pure yarn mop heads with colour coded centre band. Available in four colours to ensure no cross contamination between product areas. A Kentucky mop has a longer yarn than socket mops and has a centre band to secure the fibres and to keep the shape. These mops are ideal for cleaning large areas of flooring.

Mop heads can be attached to mop handles and are used to clean floors within domestic, commercial and industrial environments. They can be made from different materials and some mops have a yarn ply which indicates the number of fibres that have been twisted together to make a single strand.

These mops heads feature a colour coded centre band for use in certain areas to prevent cross contamination:

    What is colour coded cleaning?

    The colour coded range is made up of colours representing certain areas within a facility. By designating colours to cleaning equipment this reduces the spread of germs across each area and therefore increases hygiene through that facility.

    Do you need a wringer bucket for this Kentucky mop system?

    Yes, this type of mop system will need the appropriate wringer bucket. Please see for example 7056268 – blue, 7056259 - red, 705261 – green and 7056265 - yellow.

    Note

    Clip 218-6847 is required to fasten this mop head to handle.
