RS PRO 3 Core 1.5 mm² Power Cable, White 100 m, 500 V, H05Z1Z1-F
This indoor general wiring cable from the RS PRO range is found in public areas where the potential for fire, smoke emissions and toxic fumes would pose a threat to life and equipment. As a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable, it will minimise dangerous emissions in the event of a fire.
The thermoplastic-insulated, flame-retardant cable has an operating temperature range of -5°C to +70°C. It's available in lengths of 100 metres, has an outer diameter of 7.4 to 9.4 mm and a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm².
This cable has been tested against a range of international standards. It's effective as a Class 5 stranded-copper conducting cable (IEC 60228) and is safely sheathed in a thermoplastic compound (EN 50363-8, EN 50363-7). It also meets fire safety requirements (IEC 60332-1) and contains minimal hazardous substances (RoHS).
Common applications for this cable include pendant lighting drops, supply leads in hospitals and airport projects.
