The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SPL LL90_3 radial smart laser is a hybrid pulsed laser diode with integrated driver stage of 905 nm and 70 W peak power. It has Nanostack laser technology including multiple epitaxially stacked emitters. It can be used in various applications such as electronic equipment, equipment illumination, highbay industrial as well as industrial automation, LIDAR, pre-crash, ACC, safety and security, CCTV.
