OSRAM TOPLED Series IR LEDs - 940/950nm
This family of TOPLED IR LEDs, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, have a Wavelength of 940/950 nm. These high power Infrared (IR) LEDs are in Osram's TOPLED package. Their packages are white with round, flat-top lens. Suitable applications for the TOPLED IR LEDs include; sensor technology, alarm and safety equipment (CCTV) and IR data transmission.
