RS PRO PVC Flexible Tubing, White, Reinforced,16 mm External Diameter, 40 mm Bend Radius, 10 m Long, Water Applications
This flexible, reinforced PVC tubing from the RS PRO range is manufactured using ultra-hygienic heat-bonding technology. This removes the need for chemicals during the manufacturing process. It features a high-quality PVC outer that's been extruded with a brilliant white clinical finish, as well as a TPE mirror-smooth inner for improved flow. This type of flexible tubing is often used for water-supply systems in the caravan and marine industries.
Made from odourless and taint-free specialist materials, the tubing is also free of cadmium and silicone. Specially selected polyester fibres ensure the tubing's pressure stays effectively balanced. It also offers good kink resistance across a wide temperature range.
This tubing is approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) for the construction industry. It's also been tested under BS 6920 standards for materials in contact with water. You'll find this pipe used in a range of applications, including vending machines, water softeners and as a pipe for drinking water.
