The ROHM BR25H128 series is a 128 Kbit serial EEPROM which operated at supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, clock frequency of 20 MHZ and have SPI bus Interface. This EEPROM used in applications like airbag, ABS and ECU.
