The Infineon makes this EasyBRIDGE 1 1200 V, 50 A diode bridge module with the latest TRENCHSTOP IGBT7 chip generation, Brake Chopper and NTC. The device has a 1600 V rectifier diodes brake, a chopper - IGBT and diode are based on latest micro-pattern trenches technology. It is optimized for drive applications and the complete portfolio is within 12 mm height.
