3D Systems provide direct support for this product via their dedicated email ’cubifysupport@cubify.com’. The Cubify support team will respond to customer issues within 24 working hours and will help to troubleshoot the issue. Resolving the issue may involve software training, basic settings changes or machine calibration advice. However due to the nature of the products this may also involve manual handling and adjustment of individual mechanical components, including the provision of replacement components which the user will be expected to replace by following the documentation provided by Cubify as part of the standard troubleshooting process. The provision of an entire replacement machine is rarely required but can only be authorised by the Cubify support team if they deem it necessary
