Projector Mounts

A projector mount is a permanent or semi-permanent fixing to hold a projector correctly so that the image is projected optimally on to a screen. The mount is attached to the ceiling or wall by drilling holes and attached using screws or bolts.

Important considerations when choosing a mount

1. The weight of the projector – ensure your projector is lower than the mounts maximum rating.

2. The angle from the project to the screen – does the mount have sufficient tilt?

3. Does your projector have keystone correction to compensate for the angle

4. Does your projector have a remote control or will be be able to reach the projector once mounted?
