Hanna Instruments Dosing Pump
The Hanna Instruments black stone BL-series dosing pump uses a minimum number of moving parts, therefore reducing the chance of mechanical failure. Its maximum flow rate is 10.8l/hour. The external flow control (the potentiometer) on the front of the pump allows adjustment of flow from 0% to 100% of the nominal capacity of the pump. It is easy to install, with wide flat bases and mounting holes to allow for the tank, shelf or floor mounting (horizontal mounting).

These pumps are manufactured to the highest degree of mechanical precision, with materials selected for their intrinsic abilities to withstand chemical attacks
The diaphragm is made from PTFE, which unlike regular laminated diaphragms, is wear-resistant.
The balls are made from glass
The pump heads and O-rings are made from Kynar, PTFE or Viton
Blackstone pumps are fitted in such a way as to be completely hermetically sealed, with protection against splashing and accidental spillages
The reinforced polypropylene housing withstands chemical attacks and offers superior strength, suited to challenging industrial environments
The connectors are fitting for hoses with inside diameter 4.71mm and outside diameter 7.87mm
