The Vishay optocoupler with phototransistor output consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4-lead SOP4L package. It is approved by UL, cUL, VDE, BSI and FIMKO. It is compliant to RoHS directive and lead free.
