ZB Overload Relays
The Eaton ZB series thermal overload relay with direct contactor mounting offers reliable motor protection and control in the event of a single-phase failure or overload within a multitude of environments. The auxiliary contacts disconnect the contactor and signal the fault when it overloads, meaning a reset can then take place. It works by cutting off the current to the motor when a high current situation occurs. As the relay receives the corresponding signal, it trips.
