The IET Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment is a 4th edition book. It has been revised to take account of the PAT aspects of Professor Lofstedt's report and the HSE view that promotes a proportionate risk-based approach when assessing electrical equipment.
The 4th edition has a new chapter - 16. This includes some useful information that was missing in previous versions on New Equipment (16.1), Second-hand Equipment (16.2), and Hired Equipment (16.3).
